Overview

This guide explains how the Provisioning Portal supports operational processes — including workflows, user roles, and provisioning logic.

The Web UI delivers a browser-based user interface for manual operations with no programming required.

It has seven main screens (tabs), each serving a different function:

Single CPE – For manually provisioning a single CPE
Multiple CPEs – For manually invoking a batch provisioning by selecting an XML file to process
Replace CPE – For manual replacement of data from one CPE to another
Deactivate Service – For manual deactivation of a service(s)
Get status – For viewing procedure results
Get Provision Values – For retrieving existing provision values from the database
View log – For viewing Debug and Custom logs
User management – For adding, managing and removing Provision Portal users
