Get Status
1. Overview
This screen allows users to query the provisioning outcomes of one or multiple CPE devices. After any operation (single, batch, replace, or deactivate), the system returns key details such as the Batch ID (BID), CPE identifier (Serial or MAC), final operation code, a human-readable description, and timestamp. Use this tab to search and filter by these values to retrieve the latest provisioning status information.
2. Functionality and usage
2.1. Search
“Get Status” tab allows searching by the following criteria:
-
By BID (Batch ID) – All CPEs included in the specified batch.
-
By Operation Code – All CPEs that completed with a specific final operation code.
-
By CPE Serial Number – A specific device SN.
-
By CPE MAC Address – A specific device MAC.
Combined searches:
-
BID + Serial – Returns the status for the device with the given SN in the specified batch.
-
BID + Operation Code – Returns all devices in the specified batch that completed with the given operation code.
-
BID + MAC – Returns the status for the device with the given MAC in the specified batch.
-
Operation Code + SN – Returns the status for the device with the given SN across all batches filtered by operation code.
-
Operation Code + MAC – Returns the status for the device with the given MAC across all batches filtered by operation code.
