Service Management
1. Overview
This screen provides a unified interface for managing service subscriptions and configurations on CPE devices. Operators can enable or disable core services (Wireless, VoIP, Internet, IPTV), view current service states, and customize service-specific parameters through a streamlined workflow. Service configurations are based on predefined templates that can be customized per device model.
2. Functionality and Usage
2.1. Service Subscription Management
Provides a "one-touch" interface to enable or disable core services on a device.

Select CPE ID Type – Choose Serial or MAC to identify the device.

Enter CPE ID – Provide the serial number or MAC address of the device.

Service States – Toggle individual services on or off:
-
Wireless – Enable/disable wireless networking
-
VoIP – Enable/disable voice over IP functionality
-
Internet – Enable/disable internet connectivity
-
IPTV – Enable/disable television services
-

Reprovision – Choose whether to store the subscription settings for re-application after device reboots.

Update Subscription – Click to apply the selected service states to the device.
When a service is enabled or disabled, the system automatically updates a predefined set of TR-069 parameters with appropriate values based on the configuration defined in the system’s configuration files.
2.2. Viewing Subscription Status

Select CPE ID Type – Choose Serial or MAC to identify the device.

Enter CPE ID – Provide the serial number or MAC address of the device.

Get Subscription Details – Click to retrieve current service subscription states from either:

Device (via ACS) – Retrieves real-time data directly from the device.

Database – Retrieves last known configuration from the ACS database.

Results show the current state (enabled/disabled) of each core service:

Wireless state
-
VoIP state
-
Internet state
-
IPTV state
2.3. Service Configuration Management
2.3.1. Viewing Service Configurations

Select CPE ID Type – Choose Serial or MAC to identify the device.

Enter CPE ID – Provide the serial number or MAC address of the device.

Get Services Details – Click to retrieve current service configurations from either:

Device (via ACS) – Retrieves real-time data directly from the device.
-
Database – Retrieves last known configuration from the ACS database.

Results include detailed parameter information for each service group:

Parameter path (TR object path)

2.3.2. Updating Service Configurations

Select CPE ID Type – Choose Serial or MAC to identify the device.

Enter CPE ID – Provide the serial number or MAC address of the device.

Select Service Group – Choose one or more service groups to update.

Configure Parameters – Set new values for the parameters within each selected service group.

Reprovision – Choose whether to store the updated configurations for re-application after device reboots.

Update Services – Click to apply the updated parameters to the device.
3. Configuration Customization
Service definitions and parameter values are customized through system configuration files:

Subscription configuration defines service-specific parameters and values.
-
Service group configuration defines parameter groupings and default values.
-
Device-specific overrides can be defined for different device models.
