Dashboard
1. Overview
The Dashboard is the default page displayed after login. It provides an at-a-glance overview of alarm statistics and device monitoring status.
2. Top Area
The top area displays summary counters:

Time window — Drop-down to set the overview period: Last 24 Hours (default), Last Week, Last Month, or All

Total Alarms — Total number of alarms ever triggered (not affected by the time window)

Monitored Devices:

Total — Total number of devices ever monitored

Current — Number of devices with currently active monitoring

3. Dashboard Graphs
The main area contains six configurable graphs (can be enabled/disabled from Settings > Dashboard):

Device Status |
Displays monitored devices status (online/offline). A device is online if the current time is within the Last Connection + Periodic Inform Interval window. |
Alarm Severity |
Number of alarms for each severity type (Critical, Major, Minor) within the chosen time window. It is possible to hide up to 2 severity types by clicking on the relevant legend item(s). Clicking on a specific severity portion drills down into the Alarms page with the relevant filter applied. |
Top 5 Alarms |
The five most frequently triggered alarm conditions within the chosen time window. It is possible to hide up to 4 conditions by clicking on the relevant legend item(s). A severity drop-down at the top-right corner of the graph area (default: All) allows filtering alarms by a specific severity type. Clicking on a specific alarm condition drills down into the Alarms page with the relevant filter applied. |
Alarm Trends |
Average number of alarms per day (or per hour for Last 24 Hours) for each severity type. It is possible to hide up to 2 severity types by clicking on the relevant legend item(s). |
Wi-Fi Issues Resolved |
Number of QoE Wi-Fi channel rescan tasks performed per day (or per hour for Last 24 Hours). |

Geographic distribution of devices with triggered alarms (disabled by default). |
