Reports

1. Overview

The Reports menu provides access to seven report types. All reports support CSV export and column sorting.

2. Wi-Fi Channel Rescan

General statistics for Wi-Fi channel rescan operations.

Displayed metrics:

  • Devices that will undergo channel rescan

  • Devices that received Wi-Fi neighboring diagnostic task

  • Devices that received channel change task

  • Devices that completed / failed / have not yet completed channel change task

3. Advanced Wi-Fi Channel Rescan

Detailed per-device statistics for Wi-Fi channel rescan operations.

Filters: Domain, Date.

The Domain drop-down depends on the ispMode parameter of IoT ACS settings (hidden if ispMode=0).

Column Description

Serial

Serial number of the device that performed Wi-Fi Neighboring Diagnostics task

Perform on

Time of processing for Wi-Fi Neighboring Diagnostic task

Wi-Fi band

Wi-Fi frequency band for which the task was performed

Channel

Domain

Current domain of the device

The Serial and Perform on columns support alphabetical sorting. Additional filters are built into the table column titles.

4. Monitoring

Displays a list of monitors running in Management Portal.

Filters: Manufacturer, Model name, Domain, Protocol (All, TR069, LWM2M, MQTT, USP).

The Protocol filter is available only if IoT ACS supports multiprotocol. The Domain drop-down depends on the ispMode parameter of IoT ACS settings (hidden if ispMode=0).

All columns support alphabetical sorting.

5. User Activity

History of user authorization and actions that modify data or settings.

Filters: Activity type, Domain, Date.

The Domain drop-down depends on the ispMode parameter of IoT ACS settings (hidden if ispMode=0).

The following activity types are available:

  • All

  • Add custom KPI / Edit custom KPI / Delete custom KPI

  • Add group / Delete group

  • Configuring alarm / Configuring settings / Configuring dashboard / Configuring template / Configuring parameter filter

All columns, except for Formula and Condition, support alphabetical sorting.

7. Monitoring Data Report

Displays all monitored parameters and values located in the cpe_data table of the external QoE DB. It is possible to show all monitored parameter values, including values with string type.

Filters:

  • Manufacturer — Only devices of the specific manufacturer will be shown

  • Model name — Only devices of the specific model will be shown (if manufacturer is selected, only relevant models will be displayed)

  • KPI (required) — Select the required KPI (supports multiple selections using Ctrl + click)

  • Group — Only devices related to a specific group will be shown

  • Date — Defines the timeframe of the monitoring data to display. Becomes active upon a KPI selection.

If there is no existing monitor for the selected Manufacturer or Model name, the KPI drop-down will contain an empty list.

After at least all mandatory input is done, monitoring parameter values can be viewed using the Show data button.

8. KPI & Groups

Displays all active alarms which have a combination of group and KPI(s).

Filters: Group, KPI (multi-select), Date.

  • Table view — Shows groups with triggered group alarms and related KPIs. The value in the table represents the number of devices that triggered the group alarm.

    • Hovering the mouse pointer over any value displays a tooltip with <KPI><Condition_value> text. A tooltip with "No match" text is displayed if the value equals 0.

    • Clicking on any value (excluding 0) navigates to the Device Groups page where relevant devices that reached the condition are displayed.

  • Go back button — Allows the user to return to the KPI & Groups page immediately from the Device Groups detail view.

The list can be exported to CSV.
