1. Overview

The Friendly QoE Monitoring web interface provides tools for monitoring CPE device quality metrics, managing alarms, analyzing KPI data, and generating reports.

1.1. Supported Browsers

The following internet browsers are supported on the client side:

  • Edge version 81+

  • Mozilla Firefox version 80+

  • Google Chrome version 81+

1.2. Login

When the Friendly QoE Monitoring is opened for the first time (or after a user session is timed out), it requires user authentication to proceed:

  • Username — User login input field

  • Password — User password input field

  • Show / hide password — Toggle button to show or hide the password input

1.3. Interface Structure

The interface is divided into several areas:

  • Left menu — Contains:

    • Application title / logo

    • Currently logged user name and domain

    • Menu — Navigation menu of the application (the currently selected menu item is highlighted)

    • Alarms summary — Located under the left menu, displays alarm counters divided by severity

    • Logout — Button located under the left menu (bottom-left corner of the interface)

The Domain drop-down allows selection of any available domain. Domain availability is determined by the corresponding ispMode setting of IoT ACS (hidden if ispMode=0).

  • Working area — Displays the content of the currently selected menu (e.g., Dashboard)

Most pages share a common layout:

  • Top area — Page title, view selector (Edit view / New view), show entries (number of records per page), quick search

  • Filters area — Various filter options (number and variety depend on page specifics)

  • Main area — Data list with sortable columns (click column header once or twice for ascending or descending order) and page navigation (Next / Previous buttons or specific page number)

1.4. Heatmap

The Heatmap page provides a geographic visualization of KPI values as color gradients for devices with populated latitude and longitude coordinates. See Heatmap for details.

1.5. Custom Views

The Alarms, Single Device, Device Groups, and KPIs pages support custom table views. Users can create views that define which columns to display, column order, and custom column names. See Custom Views for details.

Table view customization with column visibility, naming, and ordering.
