Custom Views
1. Overview
The Alarms, Single Device, Device Groups, and KPIs pages support custom table view configurations. Users can define which columns to display, change column names, and reorder columns.
Each page with view support provides the following controls in the top area:

View — Drop-down selector for switching between views

Edit view — Opens editing of the currently selected view

New view — Creates a new view
2. Create a New View
Click New view to create a custom view for the current page. Each page has its own set of available columns.
2.1. View Settings

Name — Name of the new view

Default view — Defines whether this view is selected as default:

for public — View will be the default for all users
-
for current user — View will be the default for the current user only

The public and current user options are not mutually exclusive. Both, either, or neither can be selected. |
2.2. Column Configuration
The view page displays a list of columns available for the current page. For each column you can:

Enable / disable — Select or clear the checkbox to show or hide the column

Rename — Click the pencil icon to edit the column name, then click the column-level Save button to confirm

Reorder — Change the order in which columns appear in the table
3. Customization Example
The following example demonstrates customizing the KPIs page table view:
Goal:

Hide the Parameter name, Formula, and Units columns
-
Rename the Condition column to "Threshold"
Steps:

From the KPIs page, click New view
-
Enter the view name (e.g.,
Custom_view) -
Select the appropriate Default view checkbox (e.g., for current user)

Clear the checkboxes for Parameter name, Formula, and Units

Click the pencil icon next to the Condition row

Change the value to
Thresholdand click the column-level Save button -
Click the upper Save button to save the custom view
The KPIs page will now display with the customized column set and renamed column.
4. Edit a View
Click Edit view to modify an existing view. The editing functionality is the same as described in Create a New View.

The Default view cannot be edited. |
