Parameter Names Cache (ACS)

Parameter Names Cache manages caching rules for TR-069 parameter names. The rules select the parameter patterns for the ACS cache.

Where to find parameter descriptions: Click the (i) button in the toolbar (Show reference). The Parameter Filtering Rules panel opens and explains the rule types, the pattern syntax, and the terms. The rule dialog and the global limit dialog show a hint under each field.

When to use it

Use Parameter Names Cache to:

  • configure the global instance limit,

  • manage parameter name patterns for caching,

  • enable or disable specific cache rules,

  • export the cache configuration before you change it,

  • import a new configuration with a dry-run preview.

Before you start

  1. Sign in to the correct environment.

  2. Open the ACS dashboard and select Parameter Names Cache.

  3. Check your role:

    • VIEWER: browse the configuration and use Export.

    • EDITOR and ADMIN: change settings, manage rules, and use Import.

A VIEWER account works in read-only mode. You cannot edit, import, create, delete, or enable and disable rules.
