CSV Settings (Provision Portal)

This module is not available in the current version. It will be available in a future version. Use this page for reference only.

CSV Settings manages the CSV export configuration for Provision Portal, defining device info mapping, parameters, objects, and services structure for CSV file generation.

Where to find parameter descriptions: The page shows field labels only. The services section has one hint. The snapshot section has a description.

When to use it

CSV means comma-separated values. Use CSV Settings when you need to:

  • configure the CSV file structure for device exports,

  • define device info indices and mappings,

  • manage parameter names and their column positions,

  • configure object and service definitions,

  • set general flags for CSV generation,

  • define the starting string for CSV files,

  • export the current settings before you make changes,

  • import updated CSV settings with a dry-run preview.

Before you start

  • Sign in to the correct environment.

  • Check your role:

    • VIEWER can browse the settings and use Export XML.

    • EDITOR and ADMIN can also edit the settings and use Import XML.

A VIEWER account works in read-only mode. You cannot edit or save.
